The fabulous eat-in porch, with views so fabulous and ever-changing, you won't want to leave.

"The perfect place for a week long family vacation. Simple summer living beside the ocean. This cottage offered everything we were looking for: steps from the beach, outdoor shower, porch with sofa for evening sunsets and breakfast with morning breeze. We slept great with open windows and the sound of the waves. Prepared many delicious meals on the outdoor grill and inside, we found everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs. "What a special spot! Charming, traditional beach cottage with the best views on the Cape. Stairs down to the beach right in front of the porch. Swimming and floating in the water when the tide was in was perfect, and exploring the Brewster Flats when it was out was a very cool experience. Our son loved catching crabs, skim boarding, jumping off the Jettie at high tide and so much more. Bruce and Rina were wonderful hosts, providing local area tips and helping us feel welcome.
